#40
This brings you to the final and most important chapter of the Truther lessons. How can you choose life? And how about death? Since you are alive now, you can legitimately ask what is the point of this question, as you are alive, and if you do not commit suicide, you will always choose life. Let me explain. You find the true meaning of “choosing the life” in the Scriptures:
“19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: 20 That thou mayest love the Lord thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.”
Deuteronomy 30
The right way:
About eternal life:
The Creator has promised you eternal life if you follow his path. But what happens to those who deny the Creator?
You have been warned.
The flood destroyed everyone, but Yahuah saved eight on Noah’s ark.
Only Lot and his two children survived when the city of Sodom burned.
“20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. 22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it. 23 And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them. 24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. 25 But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation. 26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. 28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. 31 In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back. 32 Remember Lot’s wife. 33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.
34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. 35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 36 Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 37 And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.”
Luke 17
There is a pattern.
Whatever disaster ELOHIYM inflicts on humanity, he always keeps some alive, called remnants.
Where will you be at the next grand conflagration? Will you perish or survive? No one knows when the Apocalypse will happen, but one thing is for sure, the end is near.
End of the World (APOCALYPSE) September 2029
The beginning of the seventh Millenium:
The Hebrew calendar counts from Adam, so it writes 5,783 today (2023). It might need to be corrected. According to a new breakdown, the year 6001 falls on September 10, 2029.
We know the time of solar and lunar eclipses, like the blood moon in the book of Revelation.

Here you can read about the 6,000-year calendar, which consists of 3 two-thousand-year parts:
Hosea 6:2, Zechariah 14:9, Psalm 90:4, and Psalm 92:1.
Jesus began to preach in the 27th year.
Daniel 9:25-26 and Joel 2:30-31 says that the sun will be dark and the moon will be blood before Jesus returns. According to the Hebrew calendar, 2029 corresponds to 5790. This stems from the error that, according to the rabbis, the Israelites were in Egypt for 210 years but, according to Moses, for 430 years. 430-210=220 years error.
So there are strong indications that the Messiah may return in September 2029, at the time of the Autumn Feasts.

Can the end be so close?

Jesus: the Soul Shepherd

Narrator:
“Around 2000 years ago, Jesus was born in Bethlehem. And the first people the angels announced his birth to were shepherds, out watching their flocks. This was fitting because Jesus was a descendant of a long line of shepherds, including Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Judah, and David. Like his forefathers, Jesus was also a shepherd; even dough, as far as we know, he never led any sheep. Instead, he taught people.
The Bible metaphorically gives Jesus the title of the Great Shepherd of his sheep.
Joel Kramer grew up in the middle east, and his background helped him to get to know the Bedouin living in Israel. They tend their flocks in the same places that the shepherds in the Bible did thousands of years ago.”
“And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord God.”
Ezekiel 34:31
“This story is not actually about the bedouins, but

ABOUT YOU.
You see, the shepherding that takes place in Israel today can help us more deeply understand our own relationship with the one apostle Peter called
THE SHEPHERD OF YOUR SOULS.“
“And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.”
John 10:4
“Shepherding is all about calling and listening. These are the same kind of sheep we read about in the Bible. Today they are known as fat-tail sheep.
This breed instinctively follows the voice of their shepherd.

It is this act of following that keeps them alive.

Sheep need help finding good pasture water and shelter. Only the shepherd knows where his flock’s needs can be met, so he calls to them, and they follow him for food, drink, and protection.
Metaphorically this is what a relationship with Jesus looks like. Human souls follow the voice of the only one who knows where to lead them.”
“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”
John 10:27
“For most of the year in Israel, food is scarce.

Shepherds must lead their flock great distances to keep them fed. For a short time after the rainy season, the pasture becomes lush. Only under these conditions can well-fed sheep lay down and rest.
In the bible metaphor, food represents ELOHIYM’s Truth. Jesus taught that the food that the soul lives on is every word that comes from Yahuah.”
“And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.“
John 6:35
“Most of the water available to flocks in Israel is found at the bottom of deep wells. Therefore sheep and goats must entirely rely upon their shepherds to give them water.
In the biblical metaphor, water represents the Ruach HaKodesh. (Holy Spirit) Jesus promised that anyone who drank of it that would
live forever.
And anyone who wanted to drink the Holy Spirit had to rely on Jesus because he was the only one that could give it to them.
“In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.”
John 7:37
Sheep are utterly helpless against their enemies, and in Israel, the
#1 enemy of sheep has always been

the wolf.
The Bible describes wolves as being savage and ferocious. Even though the gazelle is swift and alert, they often fall prey to wolves. Since a wolf can quickly kill a gazelle, a sheep has no chance.
How is it that helpless sheep are protected from wolves?
Wolves are afraid of people. And the only thing that protects sheep from wolves is that they are in the presence of a human shepherd.”
David wrote about this in Psalm 23 when he says
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. 3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.”
“In other words, David is protected from his spiritual enemy because he is in the presence of Yahuah, his shepherd. In the shepherding metaphor, the wolf represents a spiritual enemy.
There is something else that protects the sheep. Nighttime is when the sheep are the most vulnerable to wolf attacks.

So before sunset, the shepherd gets his flock into one of these:

a sheep pen that protects sheep throughout the night from wolves.
In the bible metaphor sheep pen represents
Heaven and eternal life.
So we can see how souls go to heaven by understanding how shepherds use sheep pens.

A sheep pen is made up of stone walls that come together and form a narrow opening,

so before evening sets in, the shepherd gets his flock into the protection of a sheep pen,

and then he serves as the gate to a sheep by sitting or laying in this narrow opening so that nothing can get in or out, without going through the shepherd.“
“Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.“
John 10:7
Just as sheep have a life with their shepherd, the human soul lives with the Creator. The Bible describes a soul separated from ELOHIYM as being like sheep without a shepherd.
“I have strayed like a lost sheep.”
Psalm 119:176
For some reason, sheep go astray and choose not to follow their shepherd but instead to go their own way, leaving behind the person it needs to survive.

It’s hard to imagine, but most lost sheep got that way by choice.

Lost sheep are not able to find water or protection at nighttime.
The penalty of such a choice is

DEATH.
“All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.”
Isaiah 53:6
“Without a shepherd, the sheep will never live long enough to die of thirst. Scriptures describe a lost sheep as food for all the wild animals.
“13 This their way is their folly: yet their posterity approve their sayings. Selah. 14 Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling. 15 But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall receive me. Selah.”
Psalm 49
Sin is choosing our own way so we can do what we want rather than following the Creator, which separates us from Him.

A lost soul is helpless.

It’s only hope to live if its shepherd seeks it out, finds it and rescues it.”
“8 As I live, saith the Lord God, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock… 12 As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day… 16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment… 31 And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord God.“
Ezekiel 34
“For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.“
Luke 19:10
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.“
John 5:24
“25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.“
John 5:25
Every soul must choose between life and death.
In the Bible, sheep represent the souls that choose ELOHIYM, while those who don’t are goats. We are still trying to figure out why. It could be because goats are more robust and often mean to sheep.
Whatever the reason. It’s not hard to imagine why goats represent evil.

“31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: 32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: 33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.”
Matthew 25
Almost all Bedouins owned both sheep and goats. But out in the field, the flocks were made up of all goats or all sheep.
This is because goats are tougher than sheep, so they can feed in places that sheep can’t. Therefore shepherd separates them in the early morning. One shepherd takes the sheep into the gentle valleys to graze, while another takes the goats to a more rugged feeding ground. This process of separation is what Jesus used figuratively to describe what the
Day of judgement
will be like.
“And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.”
Matthew 25:46
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
John 14:6
“13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.“
Matthew 7
“25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: 26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?“
John 11
“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:”
