#6

One afternoon in 2009, I was out in the forest training. I rode my bicycle downhill too fast and had fallen hard. I could not take a breath for a couple of moments. That was scary, struggling for air in a ditch. Then suddenly, I started to breathe again but could not stand up. I sat there still help came.

In the hospital, they told me I broke my neck. I remembered the bones cracking sound when I fell, so I understood that it was my vertebra in my neck area. Luckily I did not hurt the spinal nerves. I could stand up the day after and walk. But the recovery took longer than I expected.

The following twelve months, I had so much back pain that I could not work or carry a grocery store’s shopping bag. I was sad and desperate. Doctors said my neck was alright. The pain in my back was something else. They recommended me pills and gymnastics. I felt more and more desperate. I understood I needed to do something else to get better, but did not know what.

Then I started to search on the internet and found some interesting stories about how megadoses of vitamins can cure diseases. Then I read about a young man who had severe back pain and could hardly move, and he couldn’t even tie the shoelaces alone. I don’t know how long he lived like that, but he got some tips that megadoses of vitamin C can help, i.e., 30 grams a day. He started to take on a Monday. Thursday morning, he was in the garden sawing wood. His family was amazed and concerned at him, asking, what are you doing?! He just said, I work!

I was sitting in front of my computer with my back pain, hurting me for a year, and reading about vitamin C could cure me in 4 days???? It was unbelievable, but I gave it a try.

Day one : I bought one kg buffered vitamin C and started to take three grams per hour.

Day four: I started working in construction.

Six months later, I was back in the gym, pumping iron and feeling healthy, just with the help of vitamins. That was a miracle.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C (in the right doses, which can be a hundred times more than the RDI) treats:

  • infectious diseases,
  • pneumonia,
  • viral diseases,
  • cancer,
  • heart conditions, heart attacks,
  • blood clots,
  • stroke,
  • atherosclerosis,
  • high blood pressure,
  • herpes,
  • chlamydia.
  • Vitamin C is the critical factor whether heart disease is caused by inflammation, oxidation, fats, infection, or poor lifestyle. This single vitamin protects against the core aspects of the pathology.

I started to take the other essential supplements as well: vitamin D (5-10.000 IU/day) and magnesium.

Vitamin D

  • inflammation,
  • influenza,
  • asthma,
  • sepsis,
  • multiple sclerosis,
  • type-1,2 diabetes,
  • autoimmune diseases of the intestinal system,
  • rheumatoid arthritis,
  • Parkinson’s,

Magnesium

The following conditions can be treated with magnesium supplementation:

  • heart disease,
  • diabetes,
  • osteoporosis,
  • depression,
  • anxiety,
  • panic attacks,
  • pregnancy,
  • asthma,
  • blood clots,
  • bowel disease induced by constipation,
  • cystitis and bladder spasms,
  • fatigue,
  • hypertension,
  • hypoglycemia,
  • insomnia,
  • kidney stones,
  • migraine,
  • musculoskeletal conditions including fibrositis, fibromyalgia; muscle spasms, eye twitches, cramps, chronic neck and back pain.

  • premenstrual syndrome, dysmenorrhea, infertility, premature contractions, preeclampsia, and eclampsia in pregnancy.
  • Raynaud’s syndrome
  • Sudden infant death syndrome
  • Tooth decay
  • Toxicity
  • Cooking and processing deplete magnesium even from those foods high in magnesium. High protein/sugar in the diet also responsible for diminished magnesium levels in the body.

No Deaths from Vitamins – None at All in 27 Years

Commentary by Andrew W. Saul and Jagan N. Vaman, M.D.

(June 14, 2011) Over a twenty-seven year period, vitamin supplements have been alleged to have caused the deaths of a total of eleven people in the United States. A new analysis of US poison control center annual report data indicates that there have, in fact, been no deaths whatsoever from vitamins . . . none at all, in the 27 years that such reports have been available.

The media wants you to think large doses of vitamins are dangerous and have no therapeutic effect. The truth is, nobody has died from vitamin overdose in history. Doctors wrote dozens of books on the subject. Now it’s your turn now to take control of your health. Vitamins helped me to regain my strength and live my life. They can help you too.
